UCSD Pediatric residents are compensated according to the UCSD Medical Center housestaff salary scale.  In support of our residents education and well-being, we also provide residents with educational resources, research grant funds and other benefits listed below.

Salary (2009-2010)

       PL1:  $3930.50/month    $47,166 annual

       PL2:  $4068.00/month    $48,816 annual

       PL3:  $4226.25/month    $50,715 annual
