The Division of Infectious Diseases provides care and on-service direct teaching of students, pediatric and pharmacy residents, and fellows in the diagnosis and management of pediatric infectious diseases. The ID service begins rounds each day in microbiology, where cultures, stains and histology are reviewed, followed by radiology rounds and ward rounds, and visits to the Emergency Department to provide a superb hands-on teaching experience. | John S.
