Shelia Broyles, Ph.D., M.P.H.

Sandra Daley, M.D.

Patricia East, Ph.D.

Yi Hui Liu, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.A.P.
As Medical Director of the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic at RCHSD, Dr. Liu:
- Conducts patient evaluations and follow-up visits with pediatric residents and fellows
- Manages the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics rotation. During the rotation, Dr. Liu teaches residents about children’s development and behavior in community settings. This includes supervising childcare center observations and teaching screening techniques and the use of community resources in the management of developmental delays
- Participates in monthly case conferences with psychiatric residents, fellows and faculty, as well as the monthly interdisciplinary case conference with other developmental service providers such as psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists
- Teaches pediatric residents and medical students in the faculty primary care clinic, where she sees both general pediatric patients and those with behavioral and developmental problems

Martin T. Stein, M.D., F.A.A.P.
- Attends the Developmen­tal-Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic each week, where he participates in patient evaluations and follow-up visits with pediatric residents and fellows. Medical students, psychology graduate students and child psychiatry fellows also attend the clinic
- Participates in monthly case conferences with psychiatric residents, fellows and faculty
- Participates in the monthly case conference with psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy faculty

Howard Taras, M.D.
- Precepts residents and students in the general pediatric clinic
- Core faculty for the Community Pediatric rotation
